| A: No. A UPS has batteries. This doesn't. If the input power dies completely, the output dies too. This is a power conditioner, not a backup. |
| Q2: Can I use it to convert 50Hz to 60Hz? |
| A: Yes. Set output frequency to 60Hz. Input can be 50Hz. It will output clean 60Hz regardless of input frequency. |
| Q3: What's the difference between this and a voltage stabilizer? |
| A: A stabilizer only fixes voltage. This fixes voltage AND frequency. If your generator speed wanders, a stabilizer won't help. This will. |
| Q4: How much input voltage variation can it take? |
| A: ±25% from nominal. For a 380V unit, that's 285V to 475V. Outside that range, it will shut down to protect itself. |
