- Product Description
Stabilized AC Power Supply | Constant Voltage Constant Frequency AC Source for Industrial Use
Some equipment doesn't need adjustable voltage or frequency. It just needs rock‑solid, unchanging AC power – even when the grid is having a bad day. That's what a Stabilized AC Power Supply does.It takes whatever your wall gives you (within reason) and outputs a steady, regulated sine wave at the voltage and frequency you set. No drift, no sag when a motor starts, no wandering frequency. It's like a power conditioner and a voltage regulator in one, but with the added benefit of complete galvanic isolation. We sell these to factories running CNC machines, labs with aging test equipment, and hospitals protecting diagnostic gear. They don't need programmability. They need reliability. This unit delivers.

Stabilized AC Power Supply Main Features
- Dual feedback loops – Voltage and frequency are independently regulated. One doesn't affect the other.
- Overload muscle – 125% for 1 minute, 150% for 10 seconds. Handles motor starts and inrush without dropping out.
- Wide input window – ±15% voltage tolerance, 40‑70Hz frequency tolerance. Works on weak generators or unstable rural grids.
- Digital display – Shows output voltage, current, frequency, and load power. No guessing.

Why Choose ACSOON Stabilized AC Power Supply?
- Set it and forget it – Dial in your voltage and frequency once. The unit holds that output regardless of input swings or load changes.
- Clean output – Pure sine wave with THD under 3%. No harmonics, no distortion.
- Isolated transformer – Breaks ground loops, filters out spikes, and adds safety for patient‑connected or sensitive equipment.
- No menu fatigue – Simple front panel with voltage and frequency trims, output on/off. That's it.
Stabilized AC Power Supply Application Areas
- Industrial CNC and PLC power – Many machine tools expect exactly 400V or 480V. This unit delivers, even if your plant voltage sags during shift changes.
- Test laboratories – When you're running a long qualification test, you can't have the voltage drifting. This unit holds it to ±1%.
- Medical imaging equipment – MRI, CT, X‑ray. These machines draw hard and need stable voltage. A standard line conditioner isn't enough.
- Legacy electronics – Old gear designed for 1980s grid conditions often fails on modern "dirty"power. This unit cleans it up.

Our Services

Quality Control
Every unit burn‑in tested – 8 hours at full load, 40°C ambient. No failures allowed.
Output drift measured – Voltage and frequency logged over 4 hours. Drift must stay under 0.5%.
Isolation test – 2.5kV for 1 minute between input and output.
Calibration – Final trim against a calibrated meter. Sticker on the side shows date and tester.
R&D Results
Real‑world field feedback – Early units had a fan that ran all the time. Too noisy for hospital use. Now it's temperature‑controlled.
Transformer upgrade – Switched from toroidal to double‑C core. Less magnetic field leakage, better regulation under unbalanced loads.
Control board simplification – Removed a microcontroller that wasn't needed. Replaced with analog trim pots. More reliable, easier to fix.
Input protection – Added a metal oxide varistor (MOV) across each phase. Catches spikes before they hit the IGBTs.

Packaging and Transportation
Shipped on a skid – Bolted down, stretch‑wrapped, ready for a forklift.
Documentation – Printed quick guide and full manual on USB.
Export crate – Optional plywood box for sea freight.
Cable kit – Input and output pigtails included (no plugs – you supply your own).
After‑Sales Service
1‑year warranty on electronics.
Spare parts (fans, IGBTs, control boards) stocked in Xi'an .
Email support – same business day for most time zones.

Qualification Certification
CE – LVD and EMC tested;ISO 9001:2015 – Our Xi'an facility;RoHS – All components.

FAQ |
---
Q: What's the difference between this and a voltage stabilizer (AVR)?
A: An AVR only corrects voltage. Frequency can still wander. This unit corrects both voltage AND frequency. If your generator speed drifts, a stabilizer holds the output at exactly 50Hz or 60Hz. An AVR won't.
Q: Can I adjust the output voltage myself?
A: Yes. There's a trim pot inside the front door. But it's not meant for daily adjustment. If you need frequent changes, buy our adjustable model (ACSW series).
Q: Will this clean up harmonics from VFDs on the same circuit?
A: It will reduce them, but it's not a dedicated harmonic filter. The isolation transformer knocks down common‑mode noise, but severe harmonic distortion on the input may pass through. Put the VFDs on a separate branch if possible.
Q: What happens if the input frequency is 55Hz (grid in transition)?
A: The unit will still output exactly 50Hz or 60Hz (your choice). It rectifies the input to DC first, then regenerates the output frequency. Input frequency doesn't matter as long as it's within 40‑70Hz.
Q: Do you offer a 400Hz output version?
A: Yes. Order the -400 suffix. Same specs, but output frequency fixed at 400Hz. Used for avionics benches and military test equipment.
