| Q1: Why is this cheaper than your other models? |
| A: Fewer features. Analog meters instead of digital, no remote control, no programmable memory, wider regulation tolerance (±1.5% vs ±1%). The core power electronics are the same. If you don't need the extras, this is a good choice. |
| Q2: Can I add remote control later? |
| A: No. This model doesn't have the communication hardware. If you need RS485 or computer control, buy our standard ACSW series. |
| Q3: Is the output isolated? |
| A: Yes. Same isolation transformer as our standard units. Fully floating output. |
| Q4: What's the difference between this and a variac? |
| A: A variac doesn't regulate. Line voltage drops, output voltage drops. This unit actively regulates to ±1.5%. Also gives you adjustable frequency and isolation. A variac does none of that. |
| Q5: What's the lead time from Xi'an? |
| A: Usually 2 weeks. We keep stock of the 2kVA and 3kVA models. The 5kVA takes 3 weeks. |
