Quality Control

  • Every unit load tested – 150A for 1 hour, then 200A for 30 seconds. Thermal camera scan.

  • Ripple checked – At 80A and 150A. Must stay under 0.2V RMS.

  • Drop test – One from each batch dropped from bench height. Must still run.

  • Final inspection – Human checks handles, knobs, and connectors.

  • Weight reduction – First prototype was too heavy. Switched to a high‑frequency design. Cut weight by 40%.

Q1: What aircraft can this power?
A: Any 28V aircraft that draws less than 150A continuous. That includes most single‑engine pistons (Cessna 172, Piper Archer), light twins (Beechcraft Baron), and small helicopters (Robinson R22/R44, Schweizer 300). For a King Air or PC‑12, you'll need our 300A model.
Q2: Can I charge the aircraft battery with it?
A: Yes. Set voltage to 28.8V (lead‑acid) or 29.4V (NiCd). Set current limit to 10‑20A. The unit runs in constant‑current mode until the battery reaches set voltage.
Q3: Will it run from 110V?
A: Yes,The ADCW‑28150's input voltage sport customized. On 110V, max output drops to 100A continuous, still fine for most light aircraft.
Q4: How long is the output cable?
A: Standard is 3m. We can do 5m or 10m for an extra charge. Longer cables need thicker wire – let us know.
Q5: Lead time from Xi'an?
A: 2‑3 weeks. We keep a few in stock. Ask sales.
