- Product Description
Utility 400Hz GPU | No‑Frills 60kVA Ground Power for Daily Ramp Work

Utility 400Hz GPU – Reliable Power, Simplified
Trouble:Not every airport or cargo operator needs expensive touchscreens, data logging, or remote monitoring. They just want a tough, reliable 400Hz GPU that takes 400V in and delivers stable 400Hz power — without breaking down on the ramp.
Solution:The Utility 400Hz GPU is a stripped-down 60kVA solid-state converter. We removed all the unnecessary premium features and kept only the essentials. Same strong performance, 20% lower cost.
Not every GPU needs a touchscreen, data logging, or remote monitoring. Sometimes you just need a box that takes 400V in, puts 400Hz out, and doesn't quit. That's the Utility 400Hz GPU.We took our standard 60kVA solid‑state converter and stripped out the expensive extras. No color display. No stored fault history. No RS485. What's left is a simple voltmeter, a rotary switch for voltage trim, and a start button. It's about 20% cheaper than our full‑featured model, and it does the same job on the ramp.We built this for airports on a budget, for cargo operators who just need power, and for backup duty where you don't need bells and whistles.

Utility 400Hz GPU Main Features
Analog voltmeter – Easy to read in direct sunlight. No backlight to burn out.
Manual voltage compensation – A dial on the front. Turn it up if your cable is long.
Three fault lights – Over‑voltage, over‑temp, phase loss. That's all. No cryptic codes.
Output contactor – Heavy‑duty, field‑replaceable. Clicks when it engages. You'll hear it.
Why Choose ACSOON Utility 400Hz GPU?
Maximum reliability at minimum cost. Clean, stable 400Hz power — every single time.
Costs less – No touchscreen, no comms board. You pay for power conversion, not extras.
Simple to use – Turn it on, set voltage, connect to aircraft. No training manual needed.
Easy to fix – Fewer parts means fewer things to break. When something fails, it's obvious.
Same clean power – THD under 2%, voltage regulation ±1%. Your aircraft won't know the difference.

Utility 400Hz GPU Application Areas
Small regional airports – Gates that see a few flights a day. Don't need fancy features.
Cargo loading zones – Freighters need power. They don't need data logs.
Maintenance hangars – Roll it next to a 737, plug in, run your tests. That's it.
Backup for gate pits – Keep one in the corner. If the main GPU fails, roll this out.
Ideal For
- Budget airports
- Cargo operators
- Backup power applications

Our Services

Quality Control
Every unit burned in – 2 hours at 60kVA, then 90kVA for 60 seconds. Same as our premium units.
Analog meter checked – Against a calibrated DMM. Must read within 2%.
Contactor cycle test – 500 on/off cycles. No welding or sticking.
Final human test – Someone runs it through a start sequence. Signs off on a paper checklist.
R&D Results
Customer request – A small airport asked for a cheaper GPU without "the computer stuff". We built this.
Display choice – Digital displays fail. Analog meters rarely do. Simple choice.
Fault lights – Used red/yellow/green LEDs. Red = fault, yellow = warning, green = run. Anyone understands it.
Knob placement – Put the voltage trim on the left, start button on the right. Muscle memory works.

Packaging and Transportation
Shipped from Xi'an – Standard wooden crate. Bolted to a skid.
Included – Input pigtail (3m), output cable (15m) with NATO plug, printed quick guide.
Manual – One sheet of paper. Double‑sided. That's it.
No USB – You don't need one.
After‑Sales Service
1‑year warranty – Covers everything. Return to Xi'an.
Spare parts (contactor, fan, voltmeter) kept in Xi'an.
Email support – We'll help. But you probably won't need it.

Qualification Certification
CE – LVD and EMC.
ISO 9001:2015 – Our Xi'an facility.
MIL‑STD‑704F – Output tested. Report on request.
FAQ
Q1: Can I add remote monitoring later?
A: No. This model has no comms port. If you need remote monitoring, buy our standard GPU400 series.
Q2: How do I know if it's overloaded?
A: The output contactor will trip. The red fault light will come on. Turn it off, reduce the load, restart.
Q3: Is this unit quieter than your standard model?
A: Same fans, same noise. About 65 dB at 1m. Not silent, not a jet engine.
Q4: Can I get a 90kVA version?
A: Yes, GPU400‑330090‑U. Same simple design, just more power.
Q5: Lead time from Xi'an?
A: 3‑4 weeks. We build these alongside our standard units.
Q6:How can I get more details?
