Q1: How long can the battery power an aircraft?
A: Runtime depends on the aircraft's power draw. With a 50 kWh battery, a 90kVA load (approx. 72kW) would last about 40 minutes. Typical gate operations use less power, extending runtime to 1-2 hours.
Q2: How is the battery charged?
A: The battery charges automatically from the grid input when the unit is not supplying power. It can also be charged from a standard 400V/50A outlet for remote deployment.
Q3: What happens when the battery is depleted?
A: The unit seamlessly switches to grid power if available. If no grid is present, it will shut down gracefully with low-battery alarm to prevent deep discharge.
Q4: Is this GPU suitable for all aircraft types?
