- Product Description
Programmable AC Power Supply for Testing and Industrial Equipment
Different countries, production lines and electrical systems do not always operate at the same voltage or frequency.
For manufacturers, laboratories and engineering teams, this creates a practical problem: how can equipment designed for one power standard be tested or operated under another?
The ACSOON ACSW Series Programmable AC Power Supply is designed to provide a controlled AC source with configurable voltage, frequency and phase options.
It can reproduce common international AC power conditions and provides an adjustable frequency range of 45Hz to 400Hz, with wider frequency configurations up to 800Hz available as a customized option. This makes the system suitable for product testing, R&D, industrial equipment evaluation and avionics-related applications.

Key Advantages of the ACSW Series
Wide frequency adjustment
Standard adjustable frequency:
45Hz–400Hz
Customized configurations can extend the range to:
up to 800Hz
Frequency stability is specified at ±0.1% FS. ASOON ACSW Series Static Freque…
This allows one AC source to support conventional 50/60Hz equipment as well as applications requiring higher-frequency AC power.
Clean sine wave output
For linear loads, the ACSW Series specifies:
THD <3%
Voltage regulation and stability are specified at:
±1% FS
A stable, low-distortion output is particularly useful where the purpose of the power supply is testing rather than simply energizing the load. ASOON ACSW Series Static Freque…
Single-phase and three-phase configurations
Different projects require different input/output combinations.
The ACSW platform supports:
Input: Single Phase / Three Phase
Output: Single Phase / Split Phase / Three Phase
Nominal voltage configurations include common international voltages such as 110V, 120V, 220V, 230V and 240V for single-phase systems, as well as 208V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V and 480V for three-phase systems. ASOON ACSW Series Static Freque…
Power Capacity Options
One advantage for project buyers is that the ACSW Series covers both relatively small laboratory systems and larger industrial power requirements.
| Output configuration | Available capacity |
|---|---|
| Single-phase output | 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 75, 100kVA |

What Problems Can This AC Power Supply Solve?
Testing equipment for different countries
An appliance or industrial product manufactured in one country may eventually operate in a market using a different voltage or frequency.
Instead of changing the facility power system, the ACSW power supply can provide the required AC conditions for testing.
Typical requirements include:
50Hz → 60Hz
60Hz → 50Hz
50/60Hz → 400Hz
as well as different output-voltage configurations.

Creating a controlled AC source for product testing
Ordinary utility power is not always suitable for repeatable electrical testing.
ACSW allows engineers to configure voltage, frequency and operating time. The system can store 10 sets of voltage, frequency and operating-time settings, allowing multiple-cycle testing to be performed without repeatedly entering the same parameters. ASOON ACSW Series Static Freque…
This is useful for:
- production-line testing;
- R&D validation;
- electrical equipment testing;
- laboratory power simulation;
- repetitive test procedures.
Programmable Test Functions
For applications involving repeated testing, the power source can store 10 sets of voltage, frequency and operation-time parameters.
The system also supports fault-event storage and reading. The product specification states that up to 9 groups of fault records can be stored to assist with checking fault occurrence time and fault type. ASOON ACSW Series Static Freque…
The LCD interface displays parameters including:
Frequency · Voltage · Current · Power Factor · Power · Time
RS232 and RS485 communication are provided for monitoring and system integration.
Application Areas
The ACSW Series can be considered for:
