| A: On a typical unit, about 1.8%. We guarantee <2.0%. The worst we've ever seen was 2.2% – that unit got a new output filter before shipping. |
| Q2: Can I use this to test switch‑mode power supplies? |
| A: Yes. The output impedance is low enough (about 0.1 ohm) that it handles the high crest factor of SMPS inputs. But don't expect it to regulate perfectly during a 200% surge – no linear source can. |
| Q3: How do I connect a single‑phase unit to a three‑phase device? |
| A: You don't. For three‑phase loads, buy our three‑phase model (ACSW‑330xxx). But you can use three single‑phase units in parallel with external synchronization – contact us for a wiring diagram. |
| Q4: Is the output floating or grounded? |
| A: Floating. The isolation transformer secondary has no center tap. You can ground one side or leave it floating. We ship it with a grounding link that you can install or remove. |
