- Product Description
Flyaway 400Hz GPU | Lightweight Air‑Transportable Ground Power for Rapid Deployment
Flyaway 400Hz GPU What problem does it solve?
Remote airfields require instant 400Hz power. Standard power units are too large for C-130 transport and take time to set up.
Solution:Our lightweight Flyaway 400Hz GPU deploys instantly upon arrival. All non-essential parts are eliminated for maximum portability.
Core Advantages
✅ 90kVA solid-state 400Hz power supply
✅ Rugged build with shock mounts & tie-down rings
✅ Quick-disconnect connectors for fast operation
✅ Easy mobility: roll alone, lift with two people
✅ No complex setup, runs immediately
Ideal for military operations and disaster relief missions.

When you need 400Hz power at a remote airstrip, you can't wait for a shipping container. You need something that fits inside a C‑130, gets unloaded by two people, and runs the moment it hits the ground. The Flyaway 400Hz GPU is that unit. We stripped out every non‑essential kilogram – no heavy trailer chassis, no built‑in cable reel, no extra enclosure. What's left is a 90kVA solid‑state GPU in a rugged frame with shock mounts, tie‑down rings, and quick‑disconnect input/output connections. One person can roll it on its built‑in casters. Two can lift it into a truck. We built this for militaries and disaster response teams. It's not fancy. It's just light and tough.

About 400HZ GPU
Our lightweight Flyaway 400Hz GPU deploys instantly upon arrival. All non-essential parts are eliminated for maximum portability.
Flyaway 400Hz GPU Main Features
Shock mounts – Internal electronics float on vibration dampers. Survives airdrop (with proper cushioning).
Quick‑disconnect connectors – Input and output use military‑spec circular connectors. No tools.
Fold‑down handles – Four handles, recessed when not in use. No snag points.
Removable casters – Wheels pop off for transport. Store them inside the unit.
Why Choose ACSOON Flyaway 400Hz GPU?
Fits in tactical transports – Narrow enough to roll up a C‑130 ramp. Tie‑down rings match NATO pallet standards.
Light enough – Two people can carry it. No forklift required.
Quick setup – Plug in input cable, attach output cable, turn on. Under 5 minutes.
Same power – 90kVA, 400Hz, MIL‑STD‑704F. No performance sacrifice.
Flyaway 400Hz GPU Application Areas
Forward arming and refueling points (FARP) – Power up helicopters and UAVs in the field.
Disaster relief – Airport power is out? Fly this in on the first relief flight.
Expeditionary airfields – Set up a 400Hz gate in a few hours. Pack up when you leave.
Rapid runway repair – Power lighting and tools for overnight runway fixes.

Quality Control
Shock table test – Every unit gets three shocks in each axis at 15g. No damage, no loose screws.
Vibration test – 1 hour per axis at military transport profile. Must run during vibration.
Connector torque test – Mating cycles 100 times. No wear.
Electrical burn‑in – 2 hours at 90kVA, then 135kVA for 60 seconds.
R&D Results
- Weight reduction – First prototype weighed too much. Switched to aluminum frame instead of steel. Saved 25kg.
- Caster design – Original casters were fixed. Made them removable with a quick‑release pin.
- Customer feedback – A military unit wanted the ability to stack two units. Added stacking corners.
- Handle placement – Moved handles to the sides after troops complained about carrying from the ends

FAQ
Q1: Can this be airdropped?
A: With proper cushioning and a pallet, yes. We've tested the unit at 15g. Airdrop shock can exceed that depending on the system. Consult us before trying.
Q2: Does it work on 50Hz input?
A: Yes. Input frequency from 40‑70Hz. Output remains 400Hz.
Q3: How do I ground it?
A: There's a grounding stud on the frame. Use a standard grounding strap to the aircraft or local earth.
Q4: What's the difference between this and your standard GPU?
A: About 40kg lighter, shock‑mounted, and uses quick‑disconnect connectors. The power electronics are the same.
Q5: Lead time from Xi'an?
A: 6‑8 weeks. We build these to order because of the shock mounts and connectors.
Q6:How can I get more details?
A:Click here.Send email to get details and Specifications and Pricing.
